SMMLily may update these terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review them before placing orders.

SMMLily services are used to improve visibility and online appearance on social media platforms. Engagement or interaction is not guaranteed.

Delivery times are estimates only. Orders that are still processing cannot be refunded due to delays.

Accounts must be public during service delivery. Incorrect, private, duplicate, or changed usernames are not eligible for refunds or refills.

Refill is provided only when mentioned in the service description. Refill guarantees may end after major platform updates.

All payments are final. Once funds are added, they cannot be withdrawn and must be used on SMMLily services.

Fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or misuse of the platform will result in permanent account suspension.

Your personal information is kept secure and is only used to process orders. We never sell or share your data.
